  567. Mustafa, Brett Kavanaugh ruled against the Jan 6 committee getting evidence from Trump on the insurrection. This judge cited that ruling. This is BS, but not from the Florida judge. The SCOTUS has already ruled Presidents can keep their secrets, even after leaving office. Trump may get away with some things, but not the obstruction of justice.
