  1. This is my fan theory: in the Nethersphere or Promised Land the dead get converted into Cybermen. The Robot Knights in 'Robot of Sherwood' were travelling there to destroy the newly converted Cybermen. Because their ship disguised as a castle runs on gold and gold is the Cybermens greatest weakness!

  2. Well, the clockwork droids were like cyborgs so maybe the Cybermen were like brothers to them. Or maybe help them become more human like themselves?

  3. Missy could be the Valeyard! The Valeyard was an accumulation of the Doctors dark side somewhere between his 12th or 13th incarnations. Peter is the Twelfth Doctor but is on his thirteenth body!
