Just to add to your list: America is the only country (that I’m aware of) in the western world that still uses the death penalty.

Ireland ranks third in the human development index and sixth in the democracy index. For such a small country we do things better than bigger countries. I know it’s not a competition about who has one over on the other, but I’m just stating a fact.

@kevinhernandez1095 And Ireland and a lot of other European countries make up the European Union which is gradually becoming a vast superstate. And it’s a potential contender to be the next world superpower.

@kevinhernandez1095 The European economy is about the same size as America’s. The US population is 328.2 million. The EU’s is 446 million. Just saying.
