The Austro-Hungarian empire was really unique, knew very close to nothing about their navy before watching your video. Great detailed video! Good explanation of the strategy

Fantastic video man! liked the style of this one. Esarhaddon's life would make a great movie....Would love to see an Assyrian army in a big budget movie

That strategy of having the center troops move in slowly (keeping the Carthaginian elites almost engaged) while the sides mop up was pure genius!

You really brought the battle to life in this video! That last scene in Cannae with the tonnes of rotting flash disgustingly epic mayhaps? This would make a fantastic HBO style series....would love to see the battle of Cannae on the big screen too...I have no idea why it has not been done before(besides the couple Italian films) one of the most epic events in human history...but I am sure there are a couple more Transformers movies that need to be made first...again fantastic video!

Great video! Loved the anecdote about the palm tree, and animation I agree that the truth is somewhere in the middle in regards to tolerance, I think by modern standards we would say life in the Cordoba Caliphate was bigoted and intolerant...but by the standards of the time it was a tolerant regime
