  9. 1 - It is not the whole dollar amount that counts in debt, it is it vs the size of the economy and how trustworthy you are that you will pay it back. Hoser's 'who has the most debt' video explains this well (with memes too) and he studied economics in university. 2 - Singapore does this perfectly fine and also a lot of people do this. It is similar to 'margin trading'. Once again, people are ignorant of how finance works and/or economics.

You are aware many countries did it for self interest e.g., (West) Germany let in a lot of Turkish immigrants in the 60s and 70s to fill in labour shortage due to losing so many men during WWII and they did so again with Syrian refugees, but this time due to an aging population. And despite the far right rhetoric in public of Meloni in Italy, there is record employment of immigrants in Italy, both legal and illegal. Meloni faced the hard reality when in power that Italy needs workers due to having one of the oldest populations in Europe and the massive brain drain of educated Italians out of Italy. You are literally taking the dumb JD Vance stance and oversimplifying things. Denmark and Finland can plenty afford their social benefits despite strong military spending so stop it.

People have the likes of Tiktok (Chinese controlled), Al Jazeera (Qatar) and European government funded news sources (e.g. France24, DW) they can see. There's isn't the choke hold that cable TV / TV media has any more. And the US has bigger fish to be concerned about in China and the US isn't as interested in the ME anymore due to the shale oil revolution and Canadian oil sands meaning they don't need ME oil anymore. Also the US cares about being the currency of world trade more than anything else. You make that trade harder, say by Houthis choking up vital sea lanes due to your invasion, you make the US more angry.

The US didn't need distractions when they had a proxy war with Russia and geopolitical tensions with China. And stoking tensions with Iran for no good reason. And thus making world trade harder (and thus use of the US dollar as the global currency). Bibi wanted to strike at Iran harder but Boss Biden told him to not do that. Bibi no doubt really pissed the US off when they said 'don't enter Rafah' but did so they are ramping up the political pressure on him.
