  1.  @LightOfRyuk unless you need the role to understand the work culture. Ask many short sighted execs who outsourced their IT only to onshore it back again.

  2.  @juanjoseph good luck outsourcing IT infrastructure roles or IT support roles without business productivity and worker morale declining as those overseas don’t know the work culture and thus the people skills required for regular BAU work.
