Also you 'forgot' the nuance of Russia losing FAR more tanks than it can replace, even with that increased capacity.

  2.  @BusesAreFatCars  that government debt doesn’t really matter as long as the country can meet its debt obligations for that year. Which western governments do. And as stated, it doesn’t matter on the rate of increase of production, if it doesn’t match the replacement level, it doesn’t matter. Stop playing dumb. Also inflation in the EU is going down
