  1. 4:43 - you forgot the Vietnamese government deliberately suppressing the value of the Dong to attract that foreign investment LOL (and of course they deny doing that) - this has the secondary benefit of growing their booming tourism sector as it is one of the cheapest countries to holiday in because of that. With that tourism comes 'soft power' like what Thailand is doing with their tourism sector. Who doesn't like Vietnamese food for example?
