  2. far out . my gp tells me i should exercise , which i dont get , when they wont even let me do a stress test , i tell them . 5 mins of any work n im stuffed . ' naturally , 23 % heart left and pills and a defib to keep my heart at a decent rate . i cant exercise bar a bit of walking . because my heart rate wont go up and i dont get the blood flow or air to be able to push myself . not that pushing my heart will help anything lol . its just all too confusing . no wonder ive given up . lol

  3. lol thats why us aussies are tough . when we are in pain or not well , were told , its in our head , so we try to ignore how we feel . i was told for years , all my issues were anxiety and depression , until i flat lined from a massive heart attack , even then , they thought it was pleurisy , after that they said i had alot of scaring on my heart , which meant id had previous heart attacks , yep !!!! all those anxiety attacks ? and depression ? all heart attacks , i have no faith in my doctors at all . i only go there now to get my life time scripts filled . other than that , im just waiting to die , because i know they dont care , im already past the point of them saying , theres no more they can do for me other than a heart transplant , which i wont get ,

  4. 160 at rest is so bad , thats the rate you get running in a marathon . my highest rate ive had so far was 275 before my defib went off .

  5. i got told not to take ibuprofen because it is an anti inflammatory and that could be bad for my heart if everything restricts . yu never know what to believe .

  8. hey doc ? a couple of days ago we had a bloke here in his 60 . have someone cut off his leg with a circular saw . we dont know the full story yet . but the guy that did it , has been charged with murder , as the old guy died . but the old guy was the one that took the saw there . and apparently it was a deal they made . the other guy was in his 30's . after cutting off the old guys leg . he's helped him back to his car . n walked off . the old guy apparently got out of his car . and ended up on the footpath . where he died ... at the moment here , elective surgery is on hold because of covid . were all wondering , if this is why he got his leg taken off , was he in so much pain ? that was his only solution ? or was it something more nefarious ? but thats how bad things have got here .

  9. wow . it really got to brenan facing mortality , ive never had that . i know i can die any day . and i havnt arranged anything lol . got noone to worry about or leave stuff to . so for me .... im just doing the same as i do every day until im gone . what happens to me or my stuff wont be o0f any concern when im dead lol . itll be a free for all . hahahahah . id love to see that . :-p
