  1. I went to college in ND. You cant even, for a second, appreciate cold until you have been there. Yes, I know there are places on this globe with colder ambient temps.....Thankfully, my sophomore year I got to move to a nicer dorm with under ground tunnels to the dining hall when the worst I ever experienced. Day time high -47, overnight low -68. With the windchill it was off the chart. They closed campus for 2 days. The only state on this list I would have ever considered moving to is CA, but it is way too expensive! Great video Briggs!
