  2. I use to cut the bolt head off,round off the cut end they make great pilot bolts

  3. My son's truck has the same motor,it failed,The valley pan with the cut out solenoids came lose ,a lifter blew up!He rebuilt it & has a kit to make it a full time V-8.I was not impressed with the design Have a great day
