  6.  @f.ferenc88 . By virtue of the EU parlament being democratic… for every country in the eu, being a member is an option. As a member of a democracy you are free to vote for whatever you want, under the condition that you abide to whatever the majority decides. So yes, what the majority decides is far more important than what a single country thinks. And that’s how democracy works, certainly doesn’t make it totalitarian.
