That’s for one, not true. Secondly I’ll presume you don’t know what specifically happened here. And if American cities would respect bicyclists as much as they love cars bicycle accidents and collisions wouldnt be as common.

@M_-qj7bg . In retired cop cars they often do. They have the light system, so they change out the red a and blue for yellow to show that they are from the press.
3
@randydepew888 . Excesive. And not funny
2
Read the pinned comment. There were multiple calls to dispatch before during and after the filming of this footage.
2
No it was not. Blood does not look like that, and if it was blood the person is dead.
2
If you don’t react to brake lights, you probably won’t react to a warning triangle.

Read the pinned comment. There were multiple calls to 911. Before during and after the fact.
1
Because stopping traffic is important, otherwise more and more cars will wreck.
1
@tonyvalazquez263 , If people see braking lights next to the wrecks and don’t think to slow down, I doubt they will see the hazard lights. If the hazard lights are isn’t their lane, they might actually stop
1
No that’s one of the photojournalists.
1
Did you read the pinned comment? Do that.
1
He probably did… (the person who’s filming)
1
Not exactly but I get the point.
1
Read the pinned comment. He’s not a cop, he’s a photojournalist. He drives a retired police car.
1
You can't put up everything on racism. Sure unfair society unfortunately puts people of color at a significant disadvantage and they are thereby more likely to commit crimes. But you can't blame cops for arresting someone who's committed a crime.
1
And how would they do that?
1
I doesn’t looked stoped if you slow down the video. And if it was moving it probably looks more stopped compared to how fast the camero was going.
1
The point remains but that wasn’t a cop
1
Those are amber lights, not a cop. Probably one of the photojournalists driving a retired ford explorer.
1
Those are retired emergency vehicles, driven by photojournalists.
1
Wow… overreaction much.
1
They did before, during and after this footage was taken. Read the pinned comment.
1
Is they didn’t see the wrecked cars, illuminated by a spotlight, they probably won’t see an absolutely tiny flashlight from a phone.
1
@oinn6216 , No shit Sherlock, I was referring to the braking lights of the vehicles passing by.
1
Read the pinned comment. There were multiple calls to 911. Before during and after the fact.
1
Sis you watch the video? If the cars didn’t stop for 2/3 other cars sitting in the middle of the freeway, how the hell would they see a person walking across? Would have been real stupid.
1
What would you suggest?
1
They conveyed info to emergency services. That’s not nothing. And for all we know they didn’t have any flares or such. Let’s not assume what we don’t know.
1
@southbronxpapi9632 . I get that, but how would they cross the highway? Not a lot of people carry flares anymore. They are warning people by lighting up the wreck with the spotlight.
1
He was probably crossing the road…
1
Ok. So seeing those cars hit that other stopped car. You seriously think it’s a good idea to as a pedestrian run across that highway?
1
There was a high beam and spotlight pointing at the wrecks, along with brake lights of passing vehicles as well as those standing on the shoulder. You could see, and you could see well. But some drivers don’t see brake lights and correlate that to a vehicle not moving as fast forward.
