  5. Nobody gets judged for their good behavior, they get judged by their worst. Sure all cops shouldn't be blamed for some bad apples, but if one police department with that kind of behavior exists that says a lot about the nation as a whole.

  8.  @ara198810  Of course... But if there are so many cases of bad police departments then that speaks for the nation as a whole. If one police department like that is allowed to exist then there is a serious issue.

What I'm saying is that if one police department is that bad then there is a major problem, and if it's not fixed it speaks to a nationwide problem. I didn't say and I am not saying that every police department or every LEO is bad.
