  1.  @matty9894 . He didn’t stay after he fired those first shots. He also ran away. That’s illegal. And it made an action to disarm him legal.

  2.  @Justxfied  Doesnt matter. He should have surrendered his firearm, and made clear he meant not harm. And someone throwing a plastic bag and running after you is barely cause for self defense by/with a firearm. A right hook would have been appropriate.

  7. But if you have used self defense, you are legally required to stay and face law enforcement. Not run away and than shoot people who try to disarm you because you’re running away with a gun from a shooting. He was not with in his rights
