And it's not a exactly someone saying that “this place will be bombed” it's loud speakers, bomb sirens, and proper communication. Not social media

  17.  @mabhodlelajj1195  Are you dumb? That is the entire point of the Geneva convention. To have respect for people no matter if they are enemies or not. They have a moral responsibility and if they don't take that on, they may or may not suffer the consequence of sanctions and weapon embargos.
