  1. It does help. Remember, the Russian propaganda and disinformation isn't put out there so people will believe it. It's put out there to swamp the airwaves and promote feelings of confusion and isolation, so that nobody knows what to believe.

  2.  @murphy7801  Russia tells the far right they're heroically fighting for macho family and religious values against a disgusting tide of tolerance and not murdering LGBT+ people on sight. They tell the left they're the victims, just protecting themselves against the eeeeeevil US and they're still kinda communist. Lies tailored for every audience. Incidentally, the actual cost per American is around 80 cents.
