@angrydoggy9170 The main difference is that it required Germany and most other European nations to suffer such great hardship that the idea of "We can't go back to how we used to do things." could gain traction. Russia, frankly, has not suffered enough for that sort of collective soul-searching, the war is just that thing they see on the TV where they're constantly assured that they're winning, but not supporting the war will allow the evil gay NATO clowns to destroy their way of life, or something.

@JakeBroe It's counter productive in another way--the faces of murdered children do a lot to weaken the resistance to sending orc-slaying weapons in the West.

@Catinthehackmatrix Look at Chechnya. That's where you see the final form of Russia's methods--a blasted desert of a country, with the survivors forced into Russian service.

@Lorenz1973 Stalin called it "Creating Facts".

@Apollonos Just a reminder to every that calling someone a Nazi warrants a hate speech report. Let's work together and deplatform this botski, and hopefully get them drafted!

@safeandeffectivelol Didn't you lot used to claim it was 14K? You took an already absurd number with null proof when talking about the Kremlin-funded astrotruf insurrection and Russian "little green men" there illegally to false flag, and arbitrarily increased it by 8K. Thankfully, your use of the N-word makes it a hate speech report,

@rffromusa8319 It's what Russia does. Why do you think there are so many Russian populations in neighbouring countries? Stalin spoke of "Creating Facts", and making other nations de facto Russian through genocide and resettling. Kind of like China and Tibet.

As we saw in Chechnya, a Russian peace means "time to rearm and come back for the rest".

Can you explain why you think modern Russia is communist, rather than a hyper-capitalist dystopia?

Putin isn't committing every atrocity personally. Ordinary Russians (who are probably quite nice people to those who know them) are the ones engaged in rape, murder, torture, child theft and the shelling of civilians. You can be a good person, and still be complicit in an evil system.

You can be a good person, and complicit in an evil system. The women of Iran rose up, the men of Russia fled.

Russian culture is one of suffering, but never actually asking if the suffering was necessary.

Bear in mind, this doesn't stop the Botski Brigade from cycling the same old excuses. Soldiers in the building, it was a Ukranian missile, crisis actors there to make us look bad. You know, the exact same script you see every time Russia indulge in terrorist attacks on civilians. Even when their own MOD is crowing and exulting over murdering children, the disinformation department of the Kremlin is still following their standard muddy-the-waters script. And some Western tankies will be brain-dead enough to buy it.
