  1. If we'd been getting tanks and jets to Ukraine this time last year rather than Scholzing around, cluster bombs might not have been necessary. Right now? Ukraine should use whatever orc-slaying weapons it wishes. Russia can go home tomorrow, and must suffer until they make that choice.
