  1. Indian tax payers are funding these top Indian institutions like IIT. Students graduated from these institutions later migrate and serve western countries. What a wast of tax payer's money. It's time to STOP this trends and there should be a mandatory "Return of service" agreement for a period of atleast 5 years after graduation.
