  2. Not entirely sure about Andrew's take. Ok, plebs might eat crap processed foods and drink too much alcohol. And obesity related diseases is a burden on the NHS. It doesn't detract from the fact NHS is wasteful and disorganised, bending over backwards spending money on D.I.E. and interpretation services to become the global health service. Alcohol is part of British culture, being a hypochondriac is very unbritish too.
