It is so important to not just go to the dentist but to use strategies.... but we all did not know better. We trust the dentists and I have been doing that all these decades 😭😭 doing what they told us to. They were supposed to know better. I must say without them I would have lost all my teeth now but I am still thankful to those who helped me. I only wished I have found your system two decades ago and I would be in a much better place. I am still thankful because I still can save my teeth and gums now. 🙏🙏

My grandma had no teeth at 82. Both my parents no teeth since in their 20s. But they did not know to take care of my teeth. I had gum disease since my teens till 30s diagnosed by one dentist. Did all the deep cleans, gaps bigger, flossing and convoluted journey. 4 cleans a year down to 3 cleans until I found this system. Been on it for 4+ months now. Hoping I need no more cleans cos I do fear and hate it so much. The dentist who diagnosed me 16 years ago said I am a gum patient not a teeth patient. I take very good care of my kids teeth. My older child is 19 but I still make sure to check that his teeth and gums periodically. He had gotten into gingivitis due to neglect but quick trip to the dentist and uplifted home care resolved it. That's before we know this system. Both kids never had a dental decay ever due to my vigilance. At 50, I still have most teeth except two mobile canines. For a gum patient, my periodontist says my case is not bad bad but I am still very sad and full of regrets. My hygienist recognises that my situation is better now but keeps nagging me about my mobile canines. I hope this system helps me. I might have to do gum or bone graft for the two mobile ones eventually.
