  1. Hi Dr Ellie, so I started on your complete mouth system for a week now and yes I must say my mouth feels very streaky clean. I started this system soon after my recent visit to my hygienist so that I can start on a clean slate. And I hope I don't have to see the hygienist again because after every clean 3 times a year, my few slightly wobbly teeth would become even more wobbly and sore, but they would heal and become stronger within two weeks, so I am really hating having the cleans and having a mouth in such discomfort. But, I don't mind going back to see him and would love to his comments regarding my teeth and gums with using this system of yours. I do have a question. The usage of your system does not involve water. So first Closys, then brush with the Crest toothpaste, then gurgle with Listerine Mint, then with the ACT. However, I have checked the pH of the Closys last night and it is about 6 which is slightly acidic. Would it be alright to brush? or floss? Wouldn't this acidity be bad and soften my enamel and brushing it is not ideal? Thank you.
