  9.  @stanvassilev  Autopilot never was or is capable of steering the car, the impaired driver was, and is responsible, so what are you talking about? Autopilot may have slowed the car down however.

  24. Tesla may not respond to the obvious problem here, but I will, the impaired driver was fully responsible for the accident. Autopilot may have reduced the severity of the accident however.
