  1.  @unvaccinatedAndPureBlood  killed as in…bad policy that led to inefficient farming techniques, coupled with natural disasters and bad local officials that resulted in a famine. I would hardly call that “killed” but still a big mistake to make, to but it in the same level as systematically eliminating 20 million people is not rlly true. The death that was caused by cultural revolution is not many since it was usually the elite and figure heads that was persecuted by the mob.
