  1. He made promises to the libertarian to get them to vote for him. He’s fulfilling his promises. Ross Ulbricht did break the law. But a life sentence was excessive. The Silk Road was built to sell drugs on the dark web. He did not get convicted for facilitating murder. He was doing wrong but the evidence that it was used for murder was allowed by the judge. Even though he didn’t even get charged for it. The DOJ was rabidly prosecuting him and he got a life sentence. The way they weaponized the legal system to go after people is insane. Especially j6 defendants. I’m glad Trump kept his promises.
