  1. This is not political. This is a fundamental issue. The SS has one job. Protect the assigned protectee as well as you can with all of the resources needed. If a SS detail asks for more, consider the threat, not the title of the person. That must be the only goal. It’s clear they have been given priority to title. Not the threat.
