  2. There was no fraud. Nobody lost money. The banks made money. They testified that they’d lend him the money again. The valuation of the property at 18 million is just plain idiotic. You don’t use the tax value as the value of the property. One it’s from 10 years ago. Two it’s not the market value. I said to myself he’s wrong. He made an error as a matter of law. He will be reversed. There is no victim. It’s a consumer protection statute being twisted just to get Trump. It’s not going to stop with Trump.
