How did this happen? The air traffic controllers in DC. And the NTSB takes forever with investigation. I don’t understand why a military helicopter was anywhere near Reagan. Do they have a different air traffic control system? Or is it the same for the plane and a Helicopter. Someone fouled up. FAA is in control of the skies. Why did he not tell the copter to go above or below the plane or turn away I don’t understand. It’s been close call after close call from the midair and on ground near misses. Last night it finally happened.
