  1. Biden committed a crime. The elements of the crime were met. The jury is supposed to decide this not the Asst US attorney. He’s guilty. What do you need to prosecute someone. Why prosecute Trump, who was president, but not Biden. If he’s senile he should not be president. You can’t say he’s senile and he gets to be president.

  2. The double standard is awful. We all see how unfair this is. Biden is senile. I would get charged if I didn’t pay my taxes, but the Biden’s don’t. It’s unfair and unequal justice.
