  2. The judge is not the arbiter of facts in the case like this. He violated every rule and case law. It’s is not the State’s job to do something like this. The banks gave the loans. There’s no victim. Tax assessment is not the same as market value. This judge is a clown. There’s also a video of him saying he bases his decisions on emotion. Not a fair and unbiased decision.
