This case should not have been prosecuted. A DA witness changed his testimony and he has a deal with him not to be prosecuted. He said what the first time and what did he say now. The guy was subduing a dangerous man. The defendant was trying to keep the guy down. The guy died in the hands of law enforcement not by the hand of the defendant. Why did the not perform CPR on him.
