  2. How could the copter pilot not see the plane? The plane was coming in to land towards us in the video. The copter was flying down the river. The third plane was going high. Do you think the copter thought it was the other plane going up that the controller asked him about. It’s like an assembly line for planes coming in and taking off. It was above the airport into the river. Divert all traffic away from it. Copters are not supposed to fly above 200 feet. He was 350 feet. It may be a false reading. It was on a collision course with the plane. I think the pilot saw the other aircraft. Too much goes on for my brain to do it. I’m very logical but not fast when I do things like flying. I don’t think the copter pilots saw the plane at all. With night vision goggles and high lights in town obv they could not see. So do think they had goggles on. I don’t. They just didn’t see the plane. I want an episode on the Smithsonian channel about this. The copters and military planes are everywhere in Reagan. Civilians use different frequencies from the military planes and aircraft. I’ve flown into Reagan every time I have gone to DC. I flew Delta through Atlanta every time. I’ve never flown into Dulles. Getting into Reagan is much easier. High light areas are not good for night vision goggles. Why do you think airports should be further away from DC. I hate traffic and DC sucks. Train from Dulles would help. I took taxis everywhere anyway. I think there’s way too many underground things near DC. It’s a mess. I can’t spend so much time trying to get to DC.

  3. It’s absolutely ridiculous that they blew off the danger of delamination. Carbon fiber is not the best solution. Steel, titanium, acrylic, and ceramic have one surface that can’t fail like this. Repeatedly diving with it is wrong. The fiber will crack and it will delaminate. Steel is known and understood. Carbon fiber is not. We don’t know the operational lifetime of this stuff.

These are actions and non actions that become criminal when the city, county and state fail this spectacularly in the duty they have to provide basic fire and police protection for the citizens of LA. The death count is now 16. I don’t know what started the fires. You don’t have rain. The Santa Ana winds occur every year. 100 mph winds are uncommon but the lack of firefighters and water. Come on. They knew it was coming. The infuriating facts blow up the climate change grifters. Get water from the pacific. Get fireboats for coastal fires. Fire mitigation was not done. Chapparel is dry and was not cleared out. The reservoirs were not filled. Empty because of a cover.
