  1. You are correct. That is not normal. Hiding the deal on the record is not normal. The government and his attorneys literally agreed to blanket immunity. It’s normal to give immunity for crimes named in the indictment or in this case the information. They hid it in the diversion agreement. Not the plea agreement. The statement of facts was clearly co authored. Not just by the government which is normally the case. His attorneys drafted the facts. It’s supposed to be adversarial,not a co authored plea. They expected a rubbery stamp. Thank God for the judge. Weiss is not a republican. These are mob tactics. Intimidation of witnesses. Threats to attorneys. Jack Smith should be disbarred. There are no coincidences in politics, ever!!! Joe is evil. I’m a lawyer. I’m licensed in two states.
