There are issues that need addressing before a trial can go ahead. People don’t understand. She’s a judge with a docket. She has other cases. She’s not a judge just hearing this case. And the case is complicated. It has multiple defendants. Smith did this to himself. He rushed. The DOJ waited 3 years and only after Trump became a candidate did they go after him. You can’t rush a case this complicated. These are issues that they brought on themselves. He has due process rights. This is pathetic. They’re stuck with Stormy Daniels. The cases are all imploding. The jury is not getting enough law in NYC. They tampered with evidence. They have destroyed the chain of custody and you can’t get away with that. You can’t say for certain that the classified documents you assert were in the boxes are the ones he had. Meaning, did they plant them. They also staged that photo. That’s gone too.
