  1. This is insane. The federal government indicted him for election crap. The Georgia DA is not understanding the law. The feds Trump have charged him in a state court. It must be removed to federal court because the state DA has sued officials of the federal government in state court. They can’t do that because these people, including Trump, were acting in their official capacity as federal employees. It’s hard for no lawyers to understand. Fed trumps state in this situation. They were acting under color of law. So federal law controls. One motion to remove has already been filed.

The indictment doesn’t state a crime. The gj will indict him. They want a conviction in a blue state. Get Trump is the goal. These are weak cases. The legal system is being run into the ground to get Trump. These are baseless charges with no criminal enterprise to support a RICO indictment. It’s a bunch of bunk.
