  1. Jason is correct. The DOJ did not politicize this investigation other than to protect Hunter. The pardon effects 11 years and why? Because the pardon is for Joe too. Immunity for everything Hunter might have done for 11 years. They are worried about the investigation of this whole scheme. Hunter no longer has 5th amendment protection. He could be forced to testify against everyone in the scheme. Joe, Jim and any other Biden. Otherwise, why not just pardon the current cases. The whole family received money as proven by the House. The 11 year immunity is the shocking thing for me. I knew he was lying about not going to pardon Hunter. There was no political prosecution or prosecutorial misconduct. They shielded Hunter from most of it. Weiss He is saying it should not go away. But I agree it should be dismissed. Sweeping protection for every crime committed during 11 years. Hunter has no 5th amendment right to not answer the questions of the congress committee. They are the Biden crime family and they are a mob family. He can’t take the 5th. This is a seal of corruption by Joe Biden. They are truly the Biden Crime Family. Trump pardoned kushner after he’d served the sentence. There’s no equivalency. Biden doesn’t have a legacy. The laptop proved Hunter Biden was not a criminal. It’s corruption at its worst. I will never trust anyone who says they won’t do something. If you say something, you should stand by your word. I regard it as deeply corrupt. It proves Biden is and always has been a lying liar. The American people did not elect a convicted felon. Stop calling him that. He has not been convicted by the final judgment. It’s infuriating that they keep saying that and in the same breath say of course he should pardon his son. It was always going to happen. They went through all of this corruptly to make Trump’s cases seem legitimate. These cases were never legitimate legal cases they were political. Hunter left his laptop in a repair shop. The fbi got it in 19. They tried to get immunity from prosecution in the failed plea deal. The judge said what? Over crimes not committed in her jurisdiction. No. They let the statute of limitations run on the worst tax offenses, would not let the IRS agents fully investigate the money laundering scheme and only moved on anything because the IRS agents blew the whistle. It’s absurd to claim the DOJ was prosecuting Hunter for political purposes. No. They protected him until they could not anymore. It’s just crazy. Paying taxes back doesn’t negate the crime of tax evasion. The DOJ always prosecutes and jails tax crimes and gun crimes. Biden lied in the pardon he released.
