  1. I’m a lawyer. I read the entire 14th Amendment. It includes the section 5, which reserves to Congress to enforce it. It has not. I’ve been saying this for months. You can’t read the 14th piecemeal. It’s amazing it was 9-0. I’m so glad the Court spoke with one voice. The 14th A does not apply. My question for all of them, has President Trump been indicted for insurrection? No, he has not, much less convicted. Due process matters.
