  1. The indictment was void on its face for failing to name the underlying crime. This is unconstitutional as hell. It’s a bad decision to bring the case. It is awful to have a conviction for a non crime. The media needs to stop saying it’s a legitimate conviction. It’s not. Failure to inform the defendant of the offense charged violates the 6th Amendment and due process. Period. I don’t care what NY law allows. It is a constitutional question and it fails because the constitution trumps the state law. Pun intended.

  2. The scheme to corrupt the 2016 election? No. It would not have been told to the FEC until after the election. It is a horrible precedent. It’s thrown the constitution out the window. New York should be boycotted for this. It was a political prosecution of no law. The law is not about this. This killed our constitutional republic. There is no way we come back from this.
