  1. It’s not Tulsi’s job to declare Snowden a traitor. That’s a jury’s job. Tulsi is eminently qualified. She’s not judge jury and executioner of what Snowden did. I don’t know what he actually did or what laws were broken. But he allegedly did break the law. That’s all I can say as an attorney. I can’t call him a traitor because we have what’s called presumption of innocence in this country. He has never been tried for his conduct. Everyone seems to have forgotten that the presumption of innocence matters and the government must prove the defendant broke the law.
