Have you ever seen anything like this indictment? It doesn’t allege an underlying felony. It’s absurd. Every single one of the attempts to get Trump are without merit. He has been persecuted since 2015. Obama is in trouble right now because of $30 million to his campaign in a scheme from foreign donors.

@sherlockhomo-ph4su nope. What is the underlying crime. Not there. It cannot be a felony without it. Bragg is a civil litigator. Apparently he doesn’t understand that criminal law provides for more rights to the defendant. The defendant must be informed of the charges. Just saying it’s a felony is not sufficient. What other crime? It’s not in the indictment. It must be dismissed with prejudice. Bragg chose to not include it because he doesn’t understand the law. Or he wants to try all three bogus crimes, but he can’t do that. A criminal defendant is entitled to know upfront, not when Bragg makes up his mind, what the underlying crime is. He doesn’t get to litigate and find out. He can’t charge the federal campaign violation, because it isn’t. Trump used his own money not campaign money, unlike Hillary who used campaign money to buy the fake dossier. The NY campaign law isn’t applicable, because it also says that the defendant cannot conspire to break campaign laws. It requires an underlying crime. So, which crime did Trump try to cover up with the entries? These are Misdemeanors at most. Sol is run. Dismissal is coming. First recuse the judge and Bragg based on admitted hatred and the judge violated judicial rules to donate to Biden. You are not changing my mind.
