  1. No clue Zelenskyy would do this. He’d told Secretary Rubio that he was ready to sign the deal to get peace. We spent billions supporting this war. The EU members have not met their obligations under the agreement. NATO is not responsible for non member states. Zelenskyy came and demanded we give him security guarantees before he signs any agreement. He acted entitled. How is he against a ceasefire? Did he just expect to leave with money and nothing else? I’m stunned by this turn of events. Rubio is right to call him unreliable.
