Only a federal court may enforce federal laws. Trump has the right of due process and the right to know the allegations against him. Those rights were violated. The federal laws Trump the state law. He did not do that. He said NY law let them not tell Trump what the felony was. They violated his rights. The president reigns over every state and can’t be prosecuted in a state. Merchan needs to be educated about the constitution. A JNOV should be entered in this case. The constitution reigns supreme. Period. You can’t use state law in direct opposition to federal law.   2. The democrats don’t even understand what happened. They are the same evil people they have been always. They are still saying we’re racists and sexists and they have not identified us yet. They don’t understand that identity politics is done. Lawfare it can’t be just forgiven. The democrats want to delay the cases not dismiss them. I swear the people are crazy. None of these cases is legally sound. It is trying to criminalize constitutional rights of free speech, petitions for redress of grievances, anti due process unconstitutional crap.
