It’s not just distasteful it’s illegal. It’s malicious prosecution and propaganda.

What a clown. They are mentally ill. Distasteful and arrogant as hell. The lawfare campaign is unlawful. She used a law against trump and it was a novel application and not against anyone else. He won partly because of this illegal campaign of lawfare against trump. The case in NYC can be dismissed by the judge based on executive privilege all through the DAs case. And the judge stomped on his constitutional rights in doing so too.

The appellate court in ny thinks she abused the law. They did not throw the book at him legally. These cases are not crimes. Arrogant and stupid. It’s unlawful to abuse the law and legal system to go after anyone. It’s supposed to be the opposite. A crime is committed by a person and the DA decides what law it breaks. They have no crime or that he committed. Period. Falsified business records is a misdemeanor and barred by the SOL. The indictment does not state the underlying felony that he allegedly committed in violation of due process and the defendants right to know the offense alleged. It’s a requirement of the US constitution that trumps state law. Pun intended. You cannot just say I’ll prove it later. They did not prove it. And gave the jury multiple choices for it. And it’s trying to allege a federal crime in state court that’s also not constitutional. This case should be reversed or dismissed by this judge. JNOV is required. Judgment notwithstanding the verdict. He can still do that because he has not sentenced Trump. It’s a procedural method that says the jury should not have reached the result it did. In plain English.
