  1. Jack Smith is a political hack. He stretches the facts and the law beyond their literal meaning and the Supreme Court has struck down one of his prosecutions 9-0 and said the man stretched the law so much, that any action would qualify under the statute. Trump did nothing of the sort. He is not responsible for the actions of anyone else. He can question the election. It’s his constitutional right. He can call state legislators. He can ask for the obscure law Thomas Jefferson used to elect himself president by asking Pence to not accept the false electors. Jefferson threw out some alleged to be fraudulent and became president.
