  1. It’s absolutely a man made catastrophe. But the 100 mph winds come every year. No one can prevent those. But again the democrats have lost sight of the basics of governance of a city and state. The cops, it would take an hour to show up. Taxes are so high and the state has mismanaged everything so badly it seems to not understand that the city is there to protect you from crime and fire. You know the Santa Ana winds are coming. But they don’t prepare for it. Bass declared an emergency before she left and left anyway. Ca can’t protect you from crime or fire. How can anyone trust these people anymore?
