@nataliewalton8590 no. He paid someone to sign an NDA. That’s it. That’s not illegal. It’s actually done every single day. It was paid out of his own pockets not campaign money. The election commission found it didn’t violate the law. And the DOJ did too. I am flabbergasted by this. It’s a contract in law that Daniels signed. This is political. It’s ridiculous. He did not break the federal law. Hillary did. They slapped her on the wrist because she paid for the Russian collusion hoax dossier out of campaign funds. That is all the punishment she got. The process is the punishment. They might get a conviction because hey it’s Nyc but it won’t stick on appeal if he loses.

@alanmorris7669 I’m not defending Trump. It’s not about him when I’m talking about the law. You don’t seem to understand that this is utter bull. Other attorneys are saying it’s a Frankenstein case. @robnewell2303 what court. This court is a clown, kangaroo court. I am furious with the DA manufacturing a supposed offense here. The case is a misdemeanor barred by the statute of limitations. Second, they are trying to use the federal law to enhance the misdemeanor to a felony. I’m a lawyer. I’m defending the law. This is bull. Law professors call it a Frankenstein case. It’s not credible. It makes no legal sense. So, you might think I’m crazy, but I will defend the rule of law forever. These are democrat activists, not DAs or judges. This court is a joke. He put a gag order on Trump to prevent Trump from speaking about his daughter, who works in a job raising money using this trial for the democrats. He should recuse himself because that is a conflict. It’s unethical. You don’t see that the democrats are shredding the constitution and our judicial system to get Trump. It’s sad you are too brainwashed to see that.
