  1. Cases are BS with no basis in the law. They are going away. Smith is famous for using novel legal theories to go after Trump and other politicians. State cases. We don’t like the use of the law to be used against political opponents. We gave our verdict ourselves to this BS. All of these cases. James case is grossly flawed. There’s no victim. The appeals court saw right through it. The NY case should get a JNOV right away. It violated every constitutional right of Trump. We can’t not let this happen again. We need total reconstruction of the Doj and FBI.
