I’ve said this over and over. The indictment fails to even charge criminal offenses. 37 misdemeanor charges are listed. Those are barred by the statute of limitations. I’ll keep saying it. The indictment in Mississippi will be struck if a DA tried to not allege, under the due process clause that every defendant has, a crime that was violated. I gave Bragg a little room because he said he could flesh it out in court. I’m not licensed in NY. I don’t know the requirements for DAs and if there’s a provision for this. But under the constitution of the USA due process requires the defendant be apprised of the crime charged. Bragg has not done so. He should file a complaint challenging the gag order too. It’s unconstitutional to gag Trump and not everyone else. He wants the news papers from Melania. What happened was a contract. Stormy said she would not tell anyone about it if Trump gave her money. It’s called consideration. A swap. A benefit of the bargain. It’s in NDAs every day in America. It’s not a crime to form a contract to keep someone from talking. This judge is corrupt. He should have recused himself. This case is insufficient on its face.
