  1. It was the greatest infringement on my First Amendment rights. They censored me!! It was infuriating!! I threatened to sue but Missouri and Louisiana beat me to it. I was patiently awaiting this opinion. I knew any constitutional analysis would result in this ruling. The government may not use third parties to do what it cannot do itself. It’s a foundational principle of constitutional analysis. The judge issued this opinion on July 4, 2023, and I’m of the opinion that was not a coincidence. The fact that he issued the preliminary injunction also means the plaintiffs are likely to succeed on the merits of the case. It’s a great opinion. I doubt the media will like it though.
